The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the firm's busy front of house. This will include answering a busy Switchboard, meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring all visitors are received and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- Answering phones on a busy Switchboard
- Diary management for meeting rooms
- Assisting with the management of meeting rooms – setting up rooms for meetings and clearing these afterwards
- Organising external and internal catering
- Placing stationary orders
- Ensuring catering supplies are in stock.
- Excellent organisational skills
- First-class interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the role through their skills and experience.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
