We are seeking a full-time associate to replace one of our colleagues who is relocating. The position will be available from April.
We are a modern mixed 5-surgery practice in Carshalton, Surrey and proud to offer all routine treatments as well as Invisalign, implants, facial aesthetics and specialist endodontic services. We are an independent practice with owners working on site. We are fortunate to have an in-house specialist endodontist as well as a dental hygienist.
The practice has been established for over 60 years and is a well-respected practice with a great reputation in the local area. We are looking for someone experienced with the right personal qualities to take over an established list of well-maintained NHS and private patients.
Essential qualities we are looking for include:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship. A performer number is essential and we would expect UDAs per year. There is great private potential, both in terms of new patients and within the existing patient base.
Facilities / Equipment:
- CBCT/OPG machine
- CEREC Omnicam, Milling Unit and Furnace for same day digital dentistry (crowns/bridges/veneers)
- iTero scanner
- Microscope
- Intraoral cameras
- Digital X-ray sensors in all surgeries
- Air-conditioned throughout
- Dentally software
Responsibilities:
- Take over an established list of NHS and private patients and provide comprehensive dental care in a team-focused environment.
- Work with an in-house specialist endodontist and a dental hygienist to deliver routine treatments and advanced services where appropriate.
- Utilise the practice's equipment and technologies to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Performer number is essential.
- Experience with the right personal qualities: team player, approachable with a caring manner, compassionate, ethical, patient-centred care.
- Cannot offer sponsorship.
- Availability from April.
- There is great private potential, both in terms of new patients and within the existing patient base.
