Job Summary

We are seeking an ALS Administrator to manage the entry of specialised data onto the Inclusive Learning Support (ALS) database and to oversee related quality audit processes and systems. The role involves the effective management of sensitive learner information, monitoring and updating departmental inboxes, and handling all learner support administrative and financial activities, while providing administrative support to the Commissioning Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Enter specialised data into the ALS database and manage ALS quality audit processes and systems.
  • Facilitate the management of sensitive learner information and monitor departmental inboxes.
  • Handle all learner support administrative and financial activities.
  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to the Commissioning Manager.

Qualifications

  • GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent education with A*-C grades in English and Maths.
  • Experience managing administrative and financial activities in a busy office environment, including effective budget recording.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage quality audit processes and systems, and to coordinate large volumes of data collection and collation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain high accuracy, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining internal and external partner networks and communicating effectively with a broad range of staff and external partners.
  • High computer literacy, including advanced spreadsheet skills, word processing, and database use; experience with centrally established and computerised systems and producing comprehensive reports for diverse audiences.

Benefits
