Carshalton College is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Tutor to support students in achieving their course goals and making the most of their college experience.
You will work with teaching staff to deliver targeted pastoral guidance, aiming to improve attendance, retention and achievement across cohorts.
You'll lead timetabled group tutorials, coordinate 1:1 sessions and oversee initial assessments, identifying support needs and ensuring ALS provision.
