The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are now seeking a Lecturer / Assessor to teach, train and assess students on College Beauty programmes within the curriculum, up to Level 5 courses. Providing relevant student support, you will carry out assessment, evaluation and other administrative duties relating to the post and embed the development of Employability Skills alongside English and Maths in all teaching practices.
We are looking for someone who has experience of teaching, training and assessing in Beauty and who can communicate effectively at a level appropriate to the students and in a way that recognises their different learning needs and abilities. You will possess recognised assessor awards (TDLB D32/33 or A1 and V1) and a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification or demonstrate a commitment to undertaking staff development to attain this standard. You will have a clear understanding of the changing further education agenda and its implications for the delivery and promotion of learning.
