Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (office based role)

We have a new opportunity to join our Park Gate Head Office within the People Team as a Talent Acquisition Manager!

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruitment Manager or in a similar managerial recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of the motor trade is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage recruitment across multiple departments, including Store Sales, Head Office Sales/Contact Centre, Aftersales, Preparation, and Administration.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee day-to-day candidate management, ensuring a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
  • Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-quality candidates to meet business needs.
  • Develop engaging job adverts and detailed job specifications.
  • Advertise vacancies through various channels and manage candidate applications.
  • Shortlist applicants and maintain timely communication with candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and support the management team throughout the interview process.
  • Organise and coordinate recruitment events for new sites or large team hires.
  • Train managers on best practices and interview techniques.
  • Provide regular KPI reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
