Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Carsa is a full-time, on-site position based in Gloucester In this role, the Sales Executive engages with customers in person, by phone, and through digital inquiries to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the showroom, conducting test drives, preparing accurate quotations, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to handover.
The Sales Executive maintains up-to-date product knowledge, follows company sales processes, and uses CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and completed sales.
