Due to an expansion of the team, we are looking for a skilled Master Technician to diagnose, repair, service and maintain vehicles at our Preparation Centre in Gloucester. This position is based within our Preparation Centre, but will be focusing on Aftersales vehicles.
Areas of Responsibility:
- To diagnose and repair aftersales work in line with agreed repair outcome.
- To repair vehicle faults as identified either by the checklist or during the repair process.
- To use the company system to request parts for vehicles.
- To ensure the efficient and effective use of workshop facilities and equipment.
- To determine priorities and allocate tasks in liaison with the Supervisor.
- To monitor work progress, and pursue a resolution for any issues as necessary.
- To advise on best methods of repair and determine repair times in consultation with the Workshop Team Leader.
- To be able to undertake a full range of workshop duties.
