Salary: £55,000 OTE (Basic + Commission (uncapped) + Company Car)

Key Requirements for the Role of Sales Controller:
- Possess a full understanding of the sales process and adeptness in managing it through a team.
- Develop, manage, and refine policies for new and used vehicle sales.
- Maximise sales and profitability of both new and used vehicles, along with associated products.
- Establish and organise the sales team and resources to achieve performance targets.
- Foster an environment that promotes excellence for both the department and staff.
- Achieve Finance & Insurance budget and objectives.
Skills Needed for the Role of Sales Controller:
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Required Experience for Sales Controller Position:
