We’re transforming the way Australians buy cars — and that starts with top-quality vehicles and skilled technicians. As part of our growing operations team, you’ll be ensuring every car we deliver is safe, roadworthy, and ready for the road.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for qualified Automotive Mechanics to join our Brisbane team. You\’ll inspect, repair, and prep vehicles to meet CARS24’s high standards before delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections
  • Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
  • Preparing vehicles for roadworthiness and compliance
  • Performing quality control checks before handover
  • Documenting all work completed for compliance and transparency
  • Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to keep things moving smoothly
  • Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, RWC License or equivalent
  • Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Willingness to undergo a police and background check
  • Bonus: RWC certification, or auto-electrical experience
  • Competitive salary + super + overtime available
  • Monday to Friday, with paid weekend and/or extra shift opportunities
  • Tools provided or monthly allowance available
