Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our Aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently.
- Perform vehicle health checks and identify additional work required.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Support workshop productivity and quality targets.
About You
The successful candidate will
- Hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Have previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
- Possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.
- Franchise dealership experience not necessary but would be advantageous
- Manufacturer training or accreditation.
