The Role
Cars2 is seeking a high-caliber Group Used Car Manager to manage our pre-owned vehicle operations across Yorkshire. You will be responsible for the strategic management of group inventory, ensuring maximum stock turn, profitability, and market-leading presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Control and analytics of group-wide inventory levels, aging, and mix.
- Procurement: Oversee buying strategies via auctions, trade-ins, and private acquisitions.
- Pricing Strategy: Utilise data to manage dynamic pricing and optimise margins.
- Performance: Mentor site managers to hit volume, F&I, and ROI targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Group Used Car Manager or Senior Site Manager.
- Expertise in stock-turn optimisation and market valuation tools.
