The Role: Leading to Win
As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the showroom's success. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Culture: Building, motivating, and coaching a brand-new, high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
- Performance Driving: Implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed volume, finance, and add-on targets.
- Showroom Control: Enforcing robust sales processes and maximising every single profit opportunity for the business.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring the brand-new facility delivers a seamless, premium, and exceptional customer journey.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Business Manager within a franchise dealership environment.
- Strategic Leadership: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to inspire a team and manage showroom culture.
- Tech & Market Savvy: A strong understanding of modern automotive retail trends, including electric vehicles (EVs) and digital sales funnels.
- Results-Oriented Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic, and relentless drive to succeed.
Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
