Summary

We are seeking a Motability Specialist to join our team at Cars 2 Ltd in Huddersfield Nissan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer experience by providing expert advice and support throughout the car buying process, ensuring alignment with our mission of delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers during the car purchasing process.
  • Customer engagement: Build a rapport with customers, understand their specific mobility needs, and help them identify the right vehicle and any necessary adaptations.
  • Sales process: Guide the customer through the entire sales journey, including test drives, product presentations, and vehicle delivery.
  • Scheme administration: Handle all the paperwork and applications required by the Motability Scheme, ensuring a smooth and accurate process for the customer.
  • Customer support: Act as the main point of contact for the customer during their lease, helping to arrange servicing, maintenance, and answering any questions. You may also follow up with customers nearing the end of their lease.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest Motability offers, vehicles, and adaptations available.
  • Ability to up-sell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays until 1pm

Salary: For Full Time position is depending on experience
