Cars2 is a successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire, representing leading brands such as Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, OMODA, JAECOO, MG, and Nissan. We opened our first Prestige used car centre in 2018 and plan further expansion.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with alternate Saturday mornings.

Rewards include:

  • Salary up to Β£49k OTE (based on experience and certifications)

The Role: Performing vehicle preparation, servicing, and MOT testing.

The Person: Ideally, with experience in a franchised dealership, possessing skills such as:

  • Main dealer experience (preferable but not essential)
  • MOT tester accreditation (preferable but not essential)
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Following written and verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of vehicle developments, electronics, and new engine types
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with electronic VHC processes
