Job Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive internal sales coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations between our customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing customer quote requests, processing sales orders, and coordinating with suppliers to facilitate purchasing ensure timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Quoting:
- Respond to customer requests for quotations promptly and accurately.
- Source pricing and availability for requested items (typically online or through approved suppliers).
- Prepare and send formal quotations to customers.
- Order Processing:
- Convert customer purchase orders into sales orders within our internal system.
- Ensure all details are accurate and comply with company policies.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Place purchase orders with suppliers once customer orders are confirmed.
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery to our company.
- Communicate updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and supplier communications.
- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP or order management systems (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in sales support, procurement, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: Β£24,420.00-Β£30,000.00 per year
