We are seeking a new Trustee with HR or Legal expertise to join our Board and help guide the good governance of our charity. You will play a role in ensuring the charity is compliant, and focused on achieving the greatest possible impact for the people we support.

What will you be doing:
- Contribute to the charity’s strategic leadership and governance
- Ensure the charity meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations
- Provide constructive challenge and professional insight to the Board
- Act in the best interests of the charity and its beneficiaries
Time commitment:
- Approximately 12 board meetings per year (usually held in person/online) with quarterly offsite strategy days for 3 hours on a Saturday
- Occasional ad-hoc input aligned to your expertise
