HR Business Partner – Regional covering Scotland and North West
Location: (travel within assigned region, with occasional travel to other areas of the UK)

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on Employee Relations experience up to tribunal level
- Significant Trade Union experience including collective consultation and legacy agreements
- Preference for manufacturing or operational background
- Confident partnering with operational leaders on people strategy
- Experience supporting organisational change, talent, inclusion, engagement and performance
- Strong coaching capability with clear, balanced advice
- Data-driven and organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety, fairness and continuous improvement
- Able to travel within region and occasionally UK-wide
