The Job: As an Agricultural Service Technician, you will be at the heart of our busy workshop operations. You will:

  • Provide industry-leading technical support to customers and colleagues
  • Repair, diagnose, and maintain agricultural machinery from some of the most prestigious brands
  • Ensure machinery operates to manufacturer specifications with precision and accuracy
  • Offer technical guidance across the business
  • Support on-call duties and out-of-hours service when required
  • Work both in-workshop and on-farm as needed
  • Maintain Dealer Standards and a clean, efficient workspace
  • Build strong working relationships across all machinery departments

This is a hands-on, varied, and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Skills, Experience And Qualities Required: We are seeking an individual who brings technical excellence and a positive, can-do attitude. You will have:

  • A recognised apprenticeship and qualifications in machinery servicing and repair
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic expertise
  • Experience working on a variety of machinery (agricultural or other sectors)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence using diagnostic software
  • Flexibility to support busy periods and weekend work
