We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HGV Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team at our LEEK Country Store. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a reliable and customer-focused individual with a passion for teamwork and high standards, someone who is passionate about serving and supporting the Rural and Agricultural industry. We\’re looking for a Delivery Driver to join our growing team and help us deliver excellence-literally!

THE JOB
What you\’ll be doing:
- Delivering products to our valued customers efficiently and professionally
- Supporting your teammates to meet daily targets and tasks
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Promoting our business by maintaining high standards in every delivery
- Handling customer enquiries and problems with confidence and care
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to specification
You will also ensure that, at all times, you:
- Adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
- Ensure that all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice, are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance, including but not limited to UFAS, FIAS, & NOPS assurance schemes.

Essential
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
- You will need an LGV Cat C driving licence to drive a vehicle over 7.5t
- Valid Driver CPC Card & Digi Tachograph
- Good knowledge of EU Drivers\’ Hours Rules and Working Time Regulations
- Team player, with a genuine interest in helping others
- Qualified Forklift Truck with experience in actively loading and unloading vehicles
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to liaise between a number of departments
- Exceptional customer service skills as dealing with many internal and external customers
Desirable
- Agricultural knowledge
- Previous experience of driving and HGV in a commercial capacity
