You’ll work at the heart of the business in our Head Office in Rosehill, Carlisle, collaborating with commercial support and senior leaders to ensure alignment with dealer standards, operational compliance, and long‑term strategic goals. THE JOB The purpose of this role is to act as the Commercial and Operational lead for the Machinery Division, managing and developing systems, processes and transactional finance arrangements. You will directly lead the Head Office team, hold full accountability for the Machinery Sales Department budget, and drive operational excellence across the division.
