We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Fuel Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Kingstown Fuels, Carlisle. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about serving and supporting the Rural community and Agricultural industry and who wants to be proactive selling fuels alongside an established team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and standards are achieved.

THE JOB
- To carry out general administration duties and be proactive with telesales for the fuel business, upselling on all calls ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and sales as optimised.
- To provide an efficient and high standard of customer service to all telesales customers both inbound and outbound maximising sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints during first call.
- To proactively make outbound calls to past, present, and potential customers aiming to convert all calls to sales.
- To support day to day administrative duties including, taking orders, dealing with queries and providing quotations as well as following up to generate sales.
- To analyse data and proactively work towards achieving set targets generating sales for the business.
- To collaborate with drivers regarding fuel deliveries to ensure that our customers receive an optimum service, and we generate repeat and new custom.
- To collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer queries and support applications for credit for our customers.
- To adhere to Company and Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to those relating to Safety, Health and Environmental.
Essential
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
Previous Experience Of Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Previous experience of building great customer relationships and the ability to take calls from prospecting to close.
A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to understand the products and services on sale.
Great analytic and interpersonal skills and a passion for selling.
Desirable
Previous experience with D365 and CRM
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of fuel distribution process
