Carrowhugh Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Civils Project Manager for Data Centre and Distribution Centre Projects throughout the UK and Europe. Our client delivers turnkey projects for international customers in the fields of logistics, food industry, pharmaceuticals, high-tech production and data centres.
The general contractor specialize in the implementation of complex construction projects on a national and international level for prestigious blue chip clients, and implement the projects through our offices in England, Ireland, Europe and the USA.
Due to recent Project wins in the UK & Europe, The Company are looking for Civils Project Managers to join their team. As the Civil Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the build of all Civil elements on the data centre projects up to a value of £150 Million.
You will oversee the associated sub-contractors and work closely with the end client to ensure a successful delivery. You will have strong commercial acumen and experience delivering fast paced projects.
The ideal candidate could currently be working a similar TurnKey Contractor or have a strong background in working on civil elements of similar industrial type projects with Civil/Groundworks large Sub-Contractors.
