Carrot is seeking a compassionate Care Companion to support members in English and German (and Urdu) on a part-time basis, about 20 hours a week. You’ll guide members through family-forming journeys, mainly via phone and email, delivering warmth, empathy, and cultural fluency.
The role is hybrid with the first Monday in our London office; remaining work from home. Training runs 12-16 weeks (2:00 pm–6:00 pm GMT) with a four-hour shift 4:00 pm–10:00 pm GMT, Monday–Friday, and you’ll document
