  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the portfolio of products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically position the products to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of our client’s product range.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, nursing, or medical discipline.
  • Native Italian speaker & excellent proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years’ sales experience within a similar medical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system & reimbursement pathways.
  • Team player able to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driving license and the ability to travel for up 80% of your working week.
