A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Director to join a growing independent healthcare communications agency. You'll lead strategic communications programmes for leading pharmaceutical clients, combining scientific expertise with client leadership to deliver high-impact projects that improve patient outcomes.

As a Senior Account Director, you will:
- Lead a portfolio of healthcare communications accounts across multiple therapy areas
- Build trusted relationships with pharmaceutical clients and senior stakeholders
- Develop scientific content for HCP meetings, educational materials and promotional campaigns
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, engaging communications
- Lead, mentor and develop account teams
- Oversee budgets, timelines and project delivery
- Support new business activity and agency growth
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Degree qualified in a life sciences subject
- 7+ years' healthcare communications agency experience
- Proven experience leading pharmaceutical client accounts
- Scientific writing and content development skills
- Confident leading teams, projects and client relationships
- Excellent organisational, commercial and project management skills
