We’re partnering with a growing, innovation-led healthcare insights consultancy looking to hire a Research Executive and a Senior Research Executive to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an agency known for blending AI, consultancy, and strategic primary research to deliver high-impact insights to global pharma clients. The Role
- Support and lead (depending on level) end-to-end primary market research across global projects.
- Work with mixed methods: qualitative and quantitative.
- Contribute to research design, recruitment, fieldwork management, analysis, and final delivery.
- Develop screeners, discussion guides, surveys, and materials.
- Help turn data into clear, strategic, client-ready insights.
- Work closely with senior consultants across therapy areas.
- Collaborate internally on innovation, AI-driven approaches, and new ways of working.
- Present insights internally and/or to clients.
You
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare primary market research (agency/consultancy).
- Experience working with pharma clients on ad hoc/custom projects.
- Work hybrid – 2 days a week in London required.
- Mixed-method experience (qual + quant) – leaning is fine.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Driven, passionate, and excited by innovation and AI-enhanced research.
- Interested in helping a business grow, not just executing tasks.
- Confident working alongside highly experienced researchers.
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused.
