Since launching in 2020, the Health Analytics practice has grown rapidly into a 35+ strong team of health economists, data scientists, statisticians, market access specialists and clinicians. Together, they deliver innovative solutions across real-world evidence generation, HEOR, and market access — supporting clients to tackle some of the biggest challenges in healthcare.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant Health Economist to lead client-facing projects using advanced data science, statistical and health economic methods. You’ll play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of a forward-thinking, purpose-led team.
You will:
- Lead and manage day-to-day client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
- Design innovative health economic and analytical solutions to complex client problems.
- Oversee model conceptualisation, evidence generation strategies, and economic evaluations.
- Contribute to business development through proposals and client engagement.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues as part of a collaborative and growing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Health Economics or Statistics within consultancy or industry (4+ years).
- A numerate or science degree (2:1 or above) plus a Masters or PhD in Health Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology or a related field.
- Proven expertise in health economic modelling, HTA submissions, and/or statistical analysis (e.g. survival or utility analysis).
- Experience with R or Python is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring others.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a passion for improving healthcare through evidence and innovation.
