Real World Evidence Project Manager – Prospective Studies
Do you have deep experience managing patient enrolment studies and real-world evidence (RWE) programmes? We’re partnering with a pioneering healthcare organisation whose mission is to give patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection. This is a key role driving the delivery of patient enrolment and real-world studies that generate meaningful insights and improve outcomes globally.

You will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of patient enrolment and real-world evidence studies, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational project delivery and cross-functional study teams
- Develop operational models and study plans tailored to patient enrolment and engagement — including registries, non-interventional, hybrid, and decentralised study designs
- Oversee start-up and enrolment activities, including regulatory submissions, site identification, EDC setup, and recruitment performance tracking
- Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage vendors and site networks to ensure compliant, efficient enrolment and data collection
- Lead risk and quality management processes, ensuring issues are proactively identified and resolved
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with full accountability for operational and financial performance
- Partner cross-functionally (Clinical, Quality, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to ensure seamless study delivery
- Support business development activities by contributing operational expertise to proposals and bid defence meetings
- Play an active role in shaping the Evidence Generation function, helping refine the operational model for future patient enrolment programmes
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred)
- Extensive experience managing patient enrolment and real-world studies (registries, non-interventional, decentralised)
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing recruitment and retention outcomes across complex studies
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and operational delivery within RWE or clinical study environments
- Experience managing vendors, sites, and patient engagement partners
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, QMS, and EDC systems
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
