The Company Carrot Recruitment are partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to support the resourcing process for an on-site, full-time, permanent Pharmacist. The successful applicant will join the homecare dispensing team onsite at their site in Northampton Monday to Friday. The Role Work efficiently to perform accuracy checks, clinical checks and provide clinical advice as needed, acting as the responsible pharmacist as and when required. Maintain high levels of compliance within the department, adhering to all company SOPs. Support the effective training process of pharmacy colleagues, updating training logs and ensuring that regular CPD is completed to maintain and develop knowledge across multiple therapeutics areas. Work effectively with cross functional departments as needed. With Pharmacy Management assess current workstreams and implement new frameworks to ensure efficient and compliant processes are in place within the department You Be a registered Pharmacist in the UK and hold the associated GPhC registration Demonstrable experience working in a similar position, in addition to pre-registration work experience Superior communication skills, verbal and written Ability to maintain accurate data and input this into the relevant systems What should you do next?
