As an Associate/ Research Executive or Senior Research Associate, you’ll be central to designing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects for healthcare clients. You’ll have the opportunity to shape research from the outset, work closely with decision-makers, and contribute to strategic client discussions.

  • Leading or supporting the creation of project plans and research materials that address key client questions and business challenges.
  • Managing projects end-to-end, proactively resolving challenges.
  • Translating client needs into clear hypotheses and ensuring research is designed to effectively test them.
  • Driving complex analysis, guiding junior colleagues, and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Leading confident, engaging client communications, from kick-off meetings to final presentations.
  • Crafting compelling, insight-rich reports and presentations that prioritise the most impactful findings.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaborations.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members where applicable.

  • 1+ years’ experience in healthcare market research with involvement across the full project lifecycle (Senior-level candidates will bring 2+ years of experience).
  • Relevant degree.

  • Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
