The Company Carrot Recruitment are supporting a Pharmaceutical company in their search for a Medical Affairs Operations Manager. Working in a well-established business in a niche area of the life sciences sector, this opportunity is the perfect platform to work with both local and global colleagues where appropriate and reports directly into the Country Manager. The Role Including but limited to: People management (currently 4 downlines) Requires vast experience and knowledge of the functions of a cross functional medical affairs team Providing direct operational and logistics support for the medical affairs team Leading both short-term and long-term departmental projects, aligning with business goals and team initiatives. Driving execution of key medical affairs deliverables, inclusive of strategic plans, development opportunities, medical education and training materials as applicable. Ensuring seamless project management and logistical coordination taking opportunities to optimize efficiencies within the medical affairs teams where possible Working alongside the cross functional teams within the business. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional medical information services to external customers and internal colleagues. You will have: Degree in Life Sciences or related medical/scientific field Vast experience of working in a medical affairs team with exposure to both core medical affairs/medical information Project management skills (PM qualification preferable/industry PM experience) Highly motivated individual who is proactive, self-motivated, with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and easily recognise key business needs.
