Are you an experienced Brand Manager working in the pharmaceutical industry, ready to lead strategy and drive marketing impact within a well-established, family-owned company? We are partnered with a client based in Buckinghamshire that is looking for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join their leadership team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to guide marketing decision making, whilst still undertaking hands-on brand/product management activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver brand strategy and tactical marketing plans.
- Manage promotional campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and KAM team, providing tools, resources, and training to drive brand performance.
- Work cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and global teams to ensure compliant, impactful marketing.
- Lead budget management and forecasting for your portfolio, ensuring effective ROI.
- Take part in global brand discussions with HQ in Europe, bringing local market insights to the table.
- Act as a key brand ambassador within the business, mentoring junior team members and supporting long-term growth.
- Liaise effectively as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team within the business.
Experience and qualifications
- A strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level.
- Experience in secondary care therapy areas; gastroenterology or hepatology exposure would be an advantage but not essential.
- Proven track record of developing and executing brand plans, including digital and multichannel campaigns.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing budgets.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset that thrives in a smaller, autonomous team environment.

- A competitive salary of between £75,000 - £85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
