- Provide senior editorial and scientific oversight, developing the work of junior writers
- Line manage, coach and mentor Medical Writers, supporting their career development
- Use AI tools to improve research, writing, fact checking and editorial workflows, while helping the wider team adopt them appropriately
- Work closely with Account Management on scoping, resource planning and proposals
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Digital and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ensure work meets pharmaceutical compliance requirements and agency/client QC processes, including Veeva
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

- Experience line managing, coaching or mentoring junior writers
- Excellent editorial, critical appraisal and scientific review skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance codes, MLR processes and Veeva
- Practical experience using AI tools within medical writing or research
- The confidence to work with clients and contribute to strategic discussions
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- A collaborative, curious and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for healthcare communications and creativity
What’s on offer?
You’ll join a highly collaborative, creatively ambitious agency where Medical Writers have the opportunity to influence both the work and how the discipline continues to evolve.
- Work across major pharmaceutical, healthcare and MedTech clients
- Lead high-profile promotional and scientific communications projects
- Develop your leadership and people-management experience
- Help shape the use of AI within medical writing
- Hybrid working from modern Central London offices
- 25 days’ holiday
