Are you a successful Key Account Manager with lots of drive and ambition to succeed in a new product launch? We’ve partnered with an innovative European pharmaceutical company that’s looking for a talented KAM or an up and coming KAM to join their successful team.
Everything you need to know about the role:
- As the Key Account Manager for South West (Devon, Cornwall, Southampton, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Exeter, Plymouth, Hampshire, Bath), you will join a thriving European pharma company growing fast across Europe, with a 15% global sales increase in Q1 2025 and a team of less than 50 in the UK – small enough to be agile, big enough to make an impact.
- Be part of the launch success story of an innovative immunology treatment that’s ahead of target just six months into the launch, with the UK leading the way with its global KOLs.
- Focus on educating and challenging clinicians’ habits to drive uptake of a product that offers better safety, better dosing, and impressive long-term efficacy compared to competitors.
- Enjoy a supportive and energised culture, with a strong leadership team and real recognition for your work – you’ll be visible, valued, and supported.
- Work closely with global KOLs, attend regular consultant education meetings, and use both clinical and commercial conversations to unlock real opportunity across your territory.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:
- You’re a proactive, curious, and commercially aware KAM with at least around 4–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales — ready to step up into high-cost biologics.
- A genuine team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can bring strong examples of collaborative working—essential in a lean UK team.
- Great communicator with a natural ability to influence, challenge beliefs, and drive change with clinicians and pharmacists alike.
- Experience in immunology or specialty care is great — but if you’re passionate, coachable, and excited by innovation, your therapy area background can be flexible.
- You value partnership with clinicians, thrive on clinical conversations, and want to make a difference in a deeply emotive therapy area that touches patients’ mental and physical wellbeing.
What’s on offer?
- A company car or car allowance of £8,400
- Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare for the whole family, retirement plans, life assurance and performance bonuses.
- Opportunities for professional growth in a highly visible role and new product launch.
