The Company
- An international Medical Device company and manufacturer with a focus on respiratory products.
- Established for over 100 years, with a strong reputation in the market.
- Here in the UK, they have a much smaller family feel, and consist of around 13 staff, including 4 reps.
- They cover the respiratory space with products such as nebulizers, mucus clearers, inhaler antibiotics and devices.
The Role
- Independent planning and execution of travelling to take care of the client’s target groups (HCPs, distribution partners, and other target groups according to agreed strategic objectives).
- To use SAP CRM to record/report such activity.
- Motivate HCPs to use portfolio products.
- Long-term customer relationship management.
- HCP support and training including occasional direct support of their patients.
- Participation at regional and national congresses/exhibitions to support colleagues and the product portfolio.
- Locate and secure new distribution channels for devices.
- Must adhere to Medical Device Directive (MDD) regulations.
- Reporting to UK Sales Manager/Country Manager
You
- Scientific Degree.
- 1 years medical device experience (Preferred).
- 1 years pharmaceutical sales experience (Preferred).
- Experience within respiratory, pulmonary, or cardiothoracic areas, and/or Cystic Fibrosis secondary care.
- IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM).
- Clean driving licence.
- Customer oriented and an ability to work well independently/autonomously.
- Excellent communications skill, particularly the ability to pitch to people at different levels.
- Personality with a strong ability to work well within a team.
- Absolute reliability.
