Market Access Lead – Strategic Consultancy (Director or Engagement Manager Level)
Circa £95k to £105k base + 30% bonus

We’re partnering exclusively with a high-performing life sciences consultancy to appoint a senior Market Access professional to co-lead their Market Access practice. You\’ll work closely with the VP of Market Access to further develop their growing capability.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with strategic oversight of 10–15 global Market Access projects at any one time, typically spanning pricing and reimbursement strategy, HTA submissions, and HEOR deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of consultants and analysts
- Provide strategic input across a diverse portfolio of access-related engagements
- Oversee project delivery standards and ensure client expectations are met
- Play a central role in responding to RFPs, pitches, and proposals
- Nurture and grow client relationships while contributing to account development
- Support the long-term growth of the Market Access practice
About You
- 5+ years of experience within the Market Access consulting space
- Additional industry-side experience would be beneficial
- Strong expertise across market access strategy, pricing & reimbursement, and HEOR
- Strong track record in client-facing delivery and account management
- Comfortable handling multiple complex, global engagements concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
Education
A PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline is preferred, though a Master’s degree in an appropriate subject will most certainly be sufficient.
