GMP Engineering Specialist Technician – Biotech – Oxfordshire – 12 month contract

Do you have experience in engineering within a biotech, managing GMP manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliability and smooth operations across multiple process platforms.?

This is a great opportunity for a 12 month contract where you will drive issue resolution, continuous improvement, and operational readiness, partnering with equipment SMEs, MS&T, and end users to consistently deliver high-quality, first-time-right batches.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical expertise and direct support for critical GMP equipment (e.g., Ultrafiltration, Chromatography, TMIX, Single-Use Mixers, Buffer Prep Vessels, Fermenters, Reaction Vessels).
• Lead small to mid-scale engineering projects balancing compliance, quality, and timelines while protecting production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with global quality standards.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and process issues, implementing effective and sustainable solutions including CAPAs.
