We're working with a well-established global healthcare consultancy who are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Services Processor to join their busy team. This consultancy uses real world evidence to create ground-breaking and life changing studies that shape the future of treatments.
The Role
- Liaise with external suppliers, operations and research teams to support smooth delivery of research projects
- Provide logistical support across fieldwork, data analysis and processing using industry-standard tools such as SPSS and Excel
- Work alongside research teams to build databases that meet project analysis requirements
- Review online surveys ahead of launch to identify and resolve logic or text errors
- Respond to and resolve queries raised by project teams and external partners
- Keep accurate records of fieldwork materials across internal systems
- Build wider knowledge of data services functions, including survey scripting and translation processes
You
- Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science
- SPSS & Advanced Excel Skills
- Understanding of market research
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work onsite in Cheshire (near Macclesfield) full-time & are living in a commutable distance
- Must have the full right to work in the UK now, and in the future (please note, this means anyone on a time restricted visa such as a student visa)
