The Role As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with senior team members. Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables. Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories. Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations. Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs. Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings. You We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently. At least 2+ year of experience in a primary market research environment, with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude An entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work in a small, collaborative team. Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ambition to develop your skills and career. Must have the full right to work in the UK and presently be based here – required. What’s on offer?
