The Role
- As a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish.
- Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
- Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
- Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.
You
- We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently.
- At least 1+ year of experience in a primary market research consultancy with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
- Experience working on ad hoc/custom research projects.
- Relevant degree.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
