Carrot Recruitment are supporting the recruitment of a 12-month contract position for Data Analytics Operations Manager / Clinical Trials Risk-Based Quality Manager to support the oversight and continuous improvement of clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in clinical operations, data review, or quality oversight who is passionate about enhancing trial quality and ensuring patient safety with extensive experience in RBQM.
Please be aware that although this is a 12-month contract, it is seen as a long-term role and will likely renew for a further 12 months after the initial period.
Reporting into the functional manager and wider team, you will have the ability to identify risk indicators and help facilitate the improvement of process and quality of clinical trials.
- Apply Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) principles to monitor and assess clinical trial risks.
- Review clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks, and propose effective mitigations.
- Drive process improvements to strengthen trial quality and efficiency.
- Support inspection readiness and compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:
- A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences (advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience in a RBQM focused position would be preferred but experience as a Lead Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), Clinical Data Analyst, or GCP Auditor will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of clinical data review and ability to interpret data insights into risk mitigation actions.
- Project management skills to monitor and follow up on risk mitigation activities.
- Proven track record in improving trial processes and quality frameworks.
Work with a global pharmaceutical leader driving innovation in clinical research. Hybrid model allowing you to balance onsite collaboration (Bracknell- 2 days per week) with remote flexibility. Competitive day rate of up to £450 with a 12-month contract inside IR35. Opportunity to make a real impact on trial quality and patient outcomes.
