Carrot Recruitment are pleased to be exclusively supporting a growing, family-owned dental implants company to appoint a Clinical Specialist/Territory Sales Manager to further develop its presence across South West England and South Central.
This is a clinically focused, relationship-led role within a business that has enjoyed significant growth over the past 7 years and is widely regarded as a trusted partner to specialist clinicians.
Everything you need to know about the role
This is a field-based territory role where you’ll be responsible for developing and managing sales of a specialist dental implant portfolio so a full UK driving license is a must. You’ll work closely with dentists, implant surgeons and specialist clinicians, not just promoting products, but supporting them clinically and technically, including hands-on support during dental surgery when required.
- Promote a unique, evidence-based dental implant portfolio
- Support customers with product training and clinical guidance, including chairside support
- Build long-term relationships and be seen as a knowledgeable, trusted partner
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular, value-led engagement
- Cover South West England into South Central (this role does not include London or South Wales)
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Dental or medical device sales, or clinical background such as dental nursing or dental technology
- A relevant science or life sciences degree
- You’ll likely be: Tenacious, driven and comfortable working independently
- Confident building rapport quickly with clinicians
- Interested in the clinical side of dentistry and complex cases
- Comfortable being field-based and travelling across a large territory
- Professional, ethical and customer-focused
- An understanding of dental implants or dentistry is highly beneficial, but not essential — full product training and ongoing support will be provided.
As this is a field based role, it is essential that the candidates currently live in one of the following areas - Berkshire; Hampshire; Wiltshire; Somerset; Dorset or Devon.
