Everything You Need to Know About the Role As a Partner, you will: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, delivering high-impact, innovative solutions.

Proactively generate new business opportunities, aiming to secure a minimum of 1.2M annually in revenue.

Provide hands-on leadership in research design, project execution, and client engagement.

Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and position the company as a thought leader in healthcare insights.

Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional market research, with a focus on strategic value and actionable insights.

Represent the company externally through speaking engagements, client training, and thought leadership initiatives.

Experience and Qualities That Make You a Strong Fit We’re looking for a confident, commercially-minded leader who brings:12+ years of experience in healthcare market research, consultancy, or client services.

A proven ability to manage, grow, and retain large client accounts.

Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

Methodological flexibility across qual, quant, and emerging research techniques.

Strong experience in opportunity evaluation and launch strategy within healthcare.

An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to generate new business.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A forward-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for using AI and technology in research.
