Job ID: 16704 | Type: Permanent | Expertise: Market Research Consulting, Insights & AnalyticsRecruiter: Chris Newall (Principal Consultant)Email: chris@carrotrecruitment.comPhone: +44 (0)1625 541 043The OpportunityWe’re working with a growing healthcare market research consultancy looking to add either a Senior Associate Consultant or Consultant to their team.This is a great opportunity for someone already working within healthcare/pharmaceutical market research who wants to take on more responsibility, develop their strategic thinking and work closely with clients across a range of interesting projects.The level is flexible depending on experience, so we’re keen to speak with candidates who are ready for that next step as well as established Consultants looking for a new opportunity.The RoleWorking across healthcare and pharmaceutical market research projects, you’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, with the level of responsibility tailored to your experience.You’ll be:Managing projects and taking ownership of delivery, timelines and day-to-day project requirementsDeveloping research materials including screeners, discussion guides and questionnairesAnalysing research findings and identifying the key insights and implications for clientsHelping turn research findings into clear, strategic and actionable recommendationsDeveloping client-ready reports and presentationsCommunicating directly with clients and contributing to meetings, presentations and workshopsWorking closely with junior team members and providing support and guidanceContributing to proposals and wider business development activityUnderstanding the wider commercial and strategic challenges behind the research briefAt Consultant level, you’ll take greater ownership of projects and client relationships, including leading elements of presentations, guiding junior colleagues, developing proposals and taking more responsibility for the strategic interpretation of research.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll ideally already have experience within a healthcare/pharmaceutical market research agency or consultancy and be comfortable working in a client-facing environment.We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:Healthcare/pharma market research experienceExperience across qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method researchStrong project management and organisational skillsGood analytical and critical-thinking abilityThe ability to move beyond the findings and think about implications and recommendationsConfidence communicating directly with clientsExcellent attention to detailA proactive approach and willingness to take ownershipStrong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative approach and an interest in supporting more junior colleaguesWhy Apply?You’ll be joining a growing consultancy where you can continue developing your research experience while becoming increasingly involved in the strategic and consultative side of healthcare insights.There’s flexibility to join at either Senior Associate Consultant or Consultant level, depending on your experience, with the opportunity to develop further across project leadership, client management, strategic thinking and commercial responsibilities.
