The company focuses exclusively on delivering high-quality insights to the pharmaceutical industry, with a reputation for excellence, agility, and strong client relationships.

This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborating with experienced researchers and contributing to strategic decisions that help shape healthcare innovations.

Everything you need to know about the role Manage research projects from setup to closure in line with SOPs, working closely with Research Directors.

Support proposal writing and contribute ideas for new business opportunities.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships across international teams and manage third-party vendors.

Attend client meetings, providing proactive input and project updates.

Draft study materials—screeners, guides, stimuli—and moderate pilots, pre-tests, interviews, and focus groups.

Develop analysis plans, prepare report templates, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and carry out detailed data quality checks.

Produce insightful, well-structured reports with clear executive summaries and recommendations, and present findings to clients.

Support business development activities such as client outreach, developing credentials, and attending presentations.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit3–5 years of experience in primary market research—ideally within the healthcare/pharma sector.

Collaborative team player who can also work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Strong attention to detail with a passion for research excellence and client service.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent English essential; an additional European language is a plus.
