This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on designing and delivering high-impact insight programmes across international pharmaceutical clients, with a strong emphasis on advanced quantitative methodologies and hybrid research approaches.
Everything you need to know about the roleLead the design and delivery of complex primary market research studies (e.g. conjoint, demand studies, segmentation). Whilst the role is quant focused, a willingness to work across hybrid qual-quant methodologies will be advantageous Translate data into clear, strategic insights that influence client decision-makingBuild and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and contributing to proposals/RFPsSupport business growth through consultative account developmentLead project teams, providing direction, problem-solving and ensuring high-quality deliveryExperience and qualities that make you a strong fitStrong background in pharmaceutical primary market research from a competitor agency Proven experience leading advanced quantitative studies (e.g. conjoint, segmentation, demand)Ability to design and deliver strategic, insight-led primary research programmesConfident in client leadership and stakeholder managementCommercial mindset with experience contributing to proposals and account growthStrong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insightComfortable working across hybrid qual/quant methodologiesWhat's on offer?
