The role will: Lead and manage high-quality consulting engagements for global life sciences clientsLead business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, attending conferences, and reactivating new and existing clientsOversee project delivery, supporting junior team members and managing client communication Provide internal training initiatives, workshops, mentorship to junior and experienced colleaguesActively support the senior leadership team, contributing to decision making and improving efficiencies.
