They’re now looking for an Account Director – Quantitative Research to take ownership of high-impact projects, build meaningful client relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of their quantitative offering.
Everything you need to know about the role:
- This is a senior, client-facing position where you’ll lead end-to-end quantitative research programmes, from shaping proposals through to delivering strategic insight that drives real business decisions.
- You’ll be trusted to run projects independently, acting as a go-to expert for clients and an internal leader within the team.
- Take ownership of quantitative studies from design through to delivery and debrief.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, advising on methodology and strategic direction.
- Build and grow client relationships, with increasing ownership of your own accounts.
- Lead the creation of proposals, pitches and new business opportunities.
- Design questionnaires, oversee fieldwork and ensure data quality throughout.
- Apply advanced techniques (e.g. segmentation, conjoint, MaxDiff, driver analysis) to uncover meaningful insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Deliver impactful presentations and reports that tell a compelling story.
- Support ongoing tracking studies, identifying trends and actionable insights over time.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:
- You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, insight-led environment and enjoys getting into the detail of data while keeping sight of the bigger commercial picture.
- 6+ years’ experience in healthcare market research or a related field.
- Strong grounding in quantitative research design and delivery.
- Experience using advanced methodologies such as conjoint, segmentation and multivariate analysis.
- Confident interpreting complex datasets and turning them into clear, strategic insights.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable working with Excel-based data outputs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior team members.
