We are searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a specialist contractor delivering interior fit-out solutions across the UK.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial lifecycle of interior packages, from tender through to final account. You’ll ensure accurate measurement, cost control, timely valuations, and profitable delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account.
  • Produce and submit accurate monthly valuations, applications for payment, and cost forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and change management.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope changes to assess commercial impact.
  • Procure subcontractors and materials, negotiate agreements, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, measure completed works, and support project teams.
  • Prepare and agree interim and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

What You'll Need:

  • Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • At least 2 years demonstrable quantity surveying experience in the construction or fit out sector.
